How do I replace a waveguide cover for my Sharp microwave?

I recently purchased a Sharp Carousel Microwave, Model R-420L / R-425L and the waveguide cover inside was torn so I was wondering how I go about replacing it. I think I finally found a company that sells replacement waveguide covers for it but I have no idea how to go about safely replacing one. Any suggestions would be great - Thanks!

found it very easy to replace , cheapest Universal waveguide cover I found was :

just cut to size using your old waveguide as a template .

Thanks for your answer! It was much easier than I thought to replace the cover; it just slides right underneath the tabs inside! Here is the link to the company I went through to buy my waveguide cover, http://www.fox-international.com/. I'm not sure what all is available on their website, but give them a call and they should be able to find one for you! Hope that helps! Thanks!

I have a sharp Carosel R-308AK and the waveguide cover slips behind two tabs in my microwave. I don't know if your model is the same though.

I just tore a hold in mine last night and need to find a replacement. Would you please post the link or company name of where I could purchase a new waveguide cover?
