Mend Troy-Bilt Super Bronco 42

How can I fix my problem with upper drive belt for Troy-Bilt lawnmower?

How do I put on my upper drive belt that has come off on my Troy-Bilt 19hp kohler Super Bronco 42" cut Lawnmower? It seems to be one long belt and I have spent several hours underneath the mower trying to put the belt back on the pully, but to no avail. And when I do finally put the belt back on how to I tighten the belt? The mower is four months old.

I have a 18hp Troy bilt Take the battery and the battery holder out and you will see the upper belt I can get mine back on by pulling pully back on the pully arm with my left hand with the belt starting on pully pull pully back and use your thumb to roll it on its not easy but I can only get it on this way (left hand only)
