how to attach metal brackets to rear of window heater on peugeot 309, 93?

It is possible to do, but the easy way to to buy another screen from a scrap yard and get someone to fit it for you.
It can be done by super glueing the terminals to the window, and then buying a silver paint compound available from accessory shops for repairing heated windows. This is then painted around the brackets and on to the hrw element to make a electrical contact. But to be honest, the first method is a lot easier.
