how to attach metal brackets to rear of window heater on peugeot 309, 93?
don't know how to put clips back on to top of rear window, to clear my back window in the winter. they seem to been soildered on, but i don't want to do that just incase i crack the window. its a peugeot 309 zest 1992.
It is possible to do, but the easy way to to buy another screen from a scrap yard and get someone to fit it for you.
It can be done by super glueing the terminals to the window, and then buying a silver paint compound available from accessory shops for repairing heated windows. This is then painted around the brackets and on to the hrw element to make a electrical contact. But to be honest, the first method is a lot easier.
