Mend Waring CO1500 Electric Oven Model

How can I fix my Waring countertop electric oven function selector?

It is Waring Pro Model CO1500. The function selector for convention cooking, turns on the fan with both top and bottom elements working, is not working. The fan still comes on for the roast cooking selection. I suspect the switch for the selection of types of cooking mode.
