how can i change the element in my stoves df600?

Hi, i have a stoves DF600. The oven is electric. The fan is working but the oven is not heating. Are these easy to change? Is it expensive or would i be better off buying a new cooker? this one is 5 years old and just out of warranty. I would be grateful for any help.
