Mend Hotpoint WIL143S Filling Drum Machine

WIL143S - filling compartment but not drum?

hi - my WIL143s is filling in the compartment, but seems to be draining almost immediately without filling the drum. This is a machine about 14 months old and has worked perfectly well in it's current position since installation.

The troubleshooter suggests issues with the stand-pipe or drainage system, but it definitely not that.
