Mend Vaillant turbo max Boiler Hot Water

Vaillant diverter valve?

Replaced the diverter valve on my vaillant turbo max boiler,because no hot water to taps,this fixed the problem.However 18 months down the line it has happened again.Anyone got any ideas to stop this happening again?
