my indesit oven keeps blowing fuse?

Dring cooking a meal it suddenly blew a fuse and now when i turn on the oven it blows the fuse, The clock and first setting seems to be ok then when i put it on oven it blows, it is about 14 months old and has had very little use.
I have plugged it into a different ring main circuit and it blew that as well, it is rated at 2250W

Try checking breakers i have 15amp and everytime turn it on with tv's and ac on it blows. It sucks!
