Mend Front Door Doors

where can i buy contact blocks for my front door?

I have recently changed my external doors from wood to PVC.
The existing contact pads are circular and were contained within the the wood door and frame.
I need to change these pads to PVC blocks but cannot find a supplier.
Can anybody help
