Mend Hotpoint WM1000 Machine Fuse Cycle

MY HOTPOINT 1000 KEEPS TRIPPING AT FUSE BOX!?

My Hotpoint washing machine continually cuts out and trips the fuse box.
It seems ok when I put it into tumble dry mode but when the machine is filling for a normal wash cycle it just cuts out.
Any ideas?

Mine does same hotpoint first edition, as soon i select program and power comes on trips fuse box within 2 seconds.
Could it be same problem and are they easy to obtain and install ?

try replacing the heater element this is the likely suspect
