Bosch Max wfl2860 sludge problem?

We have a sludge problem with our bosch max wfl 2860 when doing a 40deg wash its fine but if we do a 60 deg wash we are left with sludge marks on the washing.We have tried both powder and liquid but does not make any differance. we have only had this problem with this bosch washer and never had it with hoover washers we have had in the past.anybody else had this problem and did you fix it
