Washing Machines?

I have the exact same issue with the same machine.

I have cleaned the draw and confirmed the siphon works. But still the fabric conditioner remains.

On the odd occasion (1 in 10) it does seem to empty. Maybe because it has thinner down?

Did you try thinning the the conditioner?

Thank you everybody for your advice regarding the softner dispersal. I thought I had already cleaned the tray but I have again taken the tray out & made sure everything is clean, including the syphon tube & drain hole. Unfortunately the softner is still not going away.
Obviously I am missing something.

As already said drawer will have to be cleaned out, and in future dilute your conditioner in cap first before adding to machine.

fabric softner is the bain of most machine eventually. it goes thick and gloopy and causes blockages. as the other post says, take the delivery system apart and give it a good clean. usually does it.

We have a similar machine and it doesn't do it very well either! You could pull the dispenser draw out completely and open up/dismantle it and give it a really good clean. A thinner conditioner may go through more easily as it is basically forced through by water pressure.
