Mend Scantronic 9600 Security Alarm Tamper

Scantronic 9600?

A fault in a electrical appliance tripped a fuse in the main board. after turning the fuse back on. this is the circut that the alarm is on. the alarm would not reset. keypad has Reset required, system fault.Batery Failure & Tamper Batery failure showing on the keypad.

any ideas welcome.

new battery for panel new bell/tamper battery
reprogramin if the panel is in default the code will be 07890
be warned these panals are a nightmare i have only worket on 2 and i dont wont to work on more
