Mend Ford Fiesta 1300 White Head Gasket

condensation in fiesta engine?

getting lots of white sludge in top of Fiesta 1300 engine. It's not head gasket and no oil or water is going or mixing. Asking around seems to be common fault but no-one can tell me how to stop it.
