why is my veritas 8 keypad dead but the power is still going to the unit?

why is my veritas 8 keypad dead the power is still there as the bell still rings if we turn off the mains alarm hasnt been set for some time

Hello Paul,
In side your main panel check fuse F4 .
Thats the fuse on the bottom right hand side (F500mA, 250V, 20mm) normally there are a bag of spare fuses inside the panel.
