Mend JVC DVD/VHS VCR VHS Repair

HOW DO I FIX VCR WITH TAPE STUCK-MODEL IS JVC DVD/VHS?

TAPE IS STUCK AND WILL NOT EJECT OR OPEN. PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN GET IT OUT.

same happened to me bit my system turns off in three seconds so I doesn't have enough time to eject so what I did was turn it on then pressed FF then ejectand it came out but one hand was still in there because i was trying to force it out and it didn't get out. Don't mess up you only have one chance. at least i did.
