My diplomat 8242 wont start?

Hello, If you cant set the program its probably because the door lock has closed with the door open. If you use two small screwdrivers in the hole in the door where the lock is you can flip the lock back to the open position. You will then be able to set the programs. However there is the chance the panel inside is broken which holds the lock and would require replacement. This is not a big job.
