Fan and element not working SMEG dual fuel cooker SUK65MF?

Help! our SMEG freestanding cooker has died!

The fan oven is not working at all- the light comes on to say there is power, but no fan, no heat, no grill. Gas hob still working fine so we won't starve yet, but any suggestions please? It's about 6 years old.
