oil leaking toro #20016?

My toro model 20016 is leaking oil at the bottom of the filler tube, is there a gasket at the base?

Yes, there is an O-ring on the bottom of that. See if the dipstick is loose, or wobbling around. If so, tighten it down. or go to a local shop and get an O-ring. Very easy fix.
