Dyson washing machine door not unlocking?

Does any body know how to unlock the outer door to a dyson contrarotator washing machine?I have tried the emergency door release but its still not releasing and there is no fault displayed on the screen.can anyone help?

i check for water in the machine ??? if so pump housing/filter blocked and door wont open
