factory reset optima xm6?

John ,
I can send you a manual for an xm 4 pdf format ,if you want one for the programming.
To reset it ,Disconnect the mains and battery,
make sure all the links are in the zones and tamper circuits.
Link terminals 13 PA & 23 12+ve
then power up.
Once done remove link from 13 & 23
This then removes the nvm ready for you to re-program the alarm
