how can i fix my power supply on my phillips 32pw6517?

If the TV has gone spontaneously onto standby mode and clicking can be heard it might be a fault with an integrated circuit (ic 7064). This is a tricky repair but can be done. Usually the tv will show some previous signs where it cycles onto standby and then restarts. Has been known to affect tv's only a couple of years old. It's a considerable task even if you are used to soldering tiny ic's.
