How can I fix my Hitachi 54''? Blue an yellow shadows ontop of image?

My hitachi 54'' television, and I am not sure what make and model it is because I bought it second hand and it does not mention anything but the brand on the television. I assume is a projection tv, and there are yellow and blue shadws over the image which is blurry. How will I be able to figure out the make and model and more importantly, how can I fix my television?
