Mend Mac 210 Engine Carb Blockage

cannot start my trim mac 210 - the engine is NOT seized up?

Engine 'died' whilst in use. Won't start now. Spark plug seems okay. I suspect fuel shortage at carb. Is it possible to dismantle carb and check possible blockage? Could the choke be faulty..?

I find my McCulloch MT 320 notoriuosly hard to start after refuelling, especially if it's hot. You have to press the fuel-priming bulb seriously hard to get fuel through (about 10 times) and start on half-choke.
