Mend Myson Orion Heating Hot Water Boiler

Looking for a manual for Myson Orion Boiler?

Hi,
I am looking for a manual for my boiler which is a Myson Orion. I just want to see how its supposed to be connected up, as it works fine on Heating and Hot water setting but when I turn it onto Hot water only setting ( no pump running ) it runs for short while and then switches off, I guess it's overheated or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

the over heating is probably a result of the system being sludged up , causing poor flow within the system and the boiler going to lock out or shut down . ANSWER , get the system thoroughly power flushed to BS5973:2006 . Then make SURE THAT INHIBITOR IS KEPT UP to STRENGTH or it all happens agaain

Myson boiler were really prone to corrosin problems+ the heat exchanger gets blocked very easily if the appliance is not serviced regularly....
the myson boilers are at least 25 years old and about 50%efficient. The last 2 that I have seen ended up as scrap

looking for a manual for Myson Velaire boiler - anyone know where i can find one? I have looked in partsarena, but does not have Velaire. Boiler has been regularly serviced, and has been working fine - until this morning :-(

it aint broke - its hot -- it will not not run with the gas on constant- on a gravity system -- it will run for about 3 minutes in every 10 or so --need more information to help you further

these were good boilers in their day and should give good service if looked after
