How can I fix my mowerfrom leaking gas from the carbeurator and air filter?

My Sear's push mower, 6.0 HP engine, is leaking gas from the carbeurator, air filter, and muffler. Where is it leaking from and can I fix it?

Sounds like the needle and seat in the carb are stuck open letting the fuel run all the time .......time to rebuild carb especially if you let it sit up over the winter with gas in it
