Mend Volkswagen Sharan 1.9TDI Starts Move Second

how can i fix vw sharan 1.9td cuting out?

hye my vw sharan starts ok but when you pull away and move to second gear it sometimes cuts out and then restarts no problem at all, this problem seems to get better when its been runing a while, the management light is also flashing. can you please help
