Mend Indesit 1300 Machine Red Light

How can i fix my Indesit Model 1300 Washing machine?

The red light beneath the lock sy,bol flashes constantly as does two of the green buttons beneath the stain removal and extra wsh buttons, the door is closed and can be opened and closed but the red lock light stays flashing, what is wrong with it and how to I get my washing machine to work again.
