Mend Candy Washing Machine Filter

Candy CN120 washing machine will not empty?

My Candy CN120 washing machine will not empty, where can i find the filter to check and empty if need be. There is a cap at the bottom on the front held in by a screw, but when you take it off there is just a white plastic thing and i dont know what to do with it, does it unscrew or pull out i aren't sure, Please help!!

i have a similar situation. the machine will fill up but wont discharge sometimes ! i thought initially i could be over loading it ? could this be the case ? or is it more than likely to be a problem with the pump or something blocking it ? the discharge hose is clear as i have blown through it an water bubbles in the bottom of the drum

hi niki when you unscrew it it pulls out give it a clean and tip the machine back and have a good look inside make sure nothing is in the pump
