If your machine works with the door open, the problem is the catch has "gone over centre". You will not be able to close the door.. Unplug the machine. Remove fascia, if this is reluctant, remove outer door panel too, six screws on inner doorface, two lower-down on out-side edges near hinges. Look at door catch. (Reset)Pull it out. Refit everything and level the dishwasher so door closes smoothly. Watch VERY sharp edges on Stainless inner frame.
