Mend GE JVM62002 Remove Removing Trouble

How do you remove a spacesaver microwave from the wall?

We have try removing a GE model #jvm62002 from the wall but we are having trouble, we remove the screws from the top inside the cabinets but nothing happens . What can we do ?

this unit has screws behind top grill which will free it from case by either swinging down off of back plate or if older unit must also disconnect case wiring white connector plug behind square cover located above right stovetop intake vent and three large silver screws under micro allowing it to slide from case, then you may remove case,
