Mend Ford Transit Fitted

can you fix my reversing lights on w reg ford transit?

I need to get the reversing lights on my w reg Transit fixed for the MOT. New bulbs fitted. Some wires have been cut as this is an ex police van. Would it be the fuses or just need re wiring?
