van started to blow out white smoke . suspected head gasket failire no warped head found .new gaskets and other parts fitted but still pressurissing coolant system. help what next
sorry didn`t notice the system was still pressurising,not sure on your year but there may be a stainless steel chamber bolted onto the head on o/s and linked to your cooling system and also linked to your egr valve,if you do have one of these try and by pass it by joining the two hoses together and see if that also helps with your smoke and cooling problems.

on the front radiator cowl,n/s top corner is a sensor linked to your egr valve and have had a bad electrical connection on there before and blowing out terrible white smoke as a result,maybe worth a look.
