Hangs up or stops on Ibm 600e Thinkpad 2645 8AU?

I purchased a Ibm Thinkpad 600e model #2645 8AU. Upon starting the laptop, windows will not boot up. I used all the options under the windows start up and then stops. I ran a Bios and the only one that goes through, is the system board. Everything else stops halfway through the test. I have taken everything off and reinstalled them including the cmos battery and reset the time. Still no luck!!
