Mend Goodmans GDB3 Freeview Box Remote

How to turn on the Goodmans GDB3 freeview box without a remote control?

The remote control is broken so I bought a one-for-all. When searching through the codes it turned the box off, but now I cant turn it back on again!

Is there a way to turn it on without a remote, meybe by shorting come wires under the hood?

These freeview boxes are total shit and should never be sold in the first place. I've had nothing but problems with mine.

just let me know if anyone knows this, as i am sat here trying myself, and the cost of a new remote may as well just buy a new box...

My remote won't turn on the box so is it the remote or the box which is faulty

No don't do that! There is a reset button at the back on the right-hand side.
