Mend Goodmans GDB2 Screen Lights Front

How can I fix a Goodmans GDB2 Digi Box?

There is no life from the Goodmans GDB2 reciever, either on screen or operating lights on the front panel, I have checked the internal fuse and power gets that far but the receiver is working.Any ideas?
