my baxi bolier is not working, i have no central heating or hot water and there is snow outside!
the boiler is flashing 'low pressure or pump fault'
the pressure gauge is at zero, so i assume this is the fault. how do i fix this??
my pilot light has gone out but cant find the ignitor button!anybody got any ideas how to solve this problem?the make of the boiler is combi 80 eco

I have a baxi boiler. model platimun 33he.
It has an error code of E168 in the display.
This code is not in the manual.
Can anybody tell me what the problems is?

Re-pressure the system via the filling loop and bleed all radiators until just water comes out and no air starting from the
ground floor to the first floor. Make sure you keep the pressure at 1.2 bar throughout this proceedure.

fill the boiler via the filling loop and take the pressure to 1 bar.if this doesnt work then check the fuse spur and see if the fuse hasnt blown.if fuse is ok then check the fuse in the mother board .if you are still struggling phone me on 07710230494 i will talk you through it.
