PROG 99990 IS NOT A CODE THAT THE PANEL WILL RECOGNISE
PROG 9999 IS THE DEFAULT PROGRAMMING CODE
WHICH WILL HAVE BEEN CHANGED IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT
I WOULD SAY THAT IF IT GOES OF WITHOUT THE ALARM BEING SET IT IS A TAMPER FAULT OR A FAULTY PANIC BUTTON OR EVEN A BATTERY FAULT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO STOP THIS BY PRESSING PROG THAN YOUR CODE THIS HAS NOW PUT YOUR ALARM INTO TEST MODE AND SHOULD IGNORE THE FAULT BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE ALARM . IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WHY HAVE THEY NOT SORTED IT
