How can I fix mt LXI TV, 1989, Model # 564-42955950?
My LXI TV keeps scrolling the key features on screen and I've tried holding down the vol+ and vol- at the same time. Does anyone know of any other way to remove this?
Sorry Daylon, the only demo on/off sequences I know of are as described or as it seems you have already tried. (ie. if the TV has CH- CH+ or Vol - Vol + holding them down on the TV itself for a few seconds.)

Try this, it works for some other LXI models...
Open the flap on the front of the TV & hold down the [Control] button until numbers flash.
