How do I remove scrolling features?

How do you remove the vertical scrolling features on my LXI television screen. Some how our kids pushed some button combination and now when the TV is turned on the available features scroll continuously.

1) Open the flap on the front of the TV & hold down the [Control] button until numbers flash.
or
