Mend Bosch Washing Cycle

Water is filling but not washing or spinning?

We have a Bosch WFK 2801. It is running a full cycle however, the load is coming out almost dry, ie. still dirty clothes! It is not spinning or washing the garments. Any suggestions please apart from to go and buy a new machine! Thanks
