Mend Panasonic 27 inch Gets Not Mode

my panasonic tv gets volume on video etc. but not on tv mode?

my panasonic 27 inch tv gets volume on the other phases of operation, ;"video 2", etc. but not on tv, in which case i have to utilize another set for volume.can it be fixed, or do you have any other ideas?
