Mend ADT Surfwatch Pro 2000 Alarm Change Moved

reset surfwatch ADT alarm code!!!?

How to change code on ADT surfwatch pro 2000? Renters moved out and failed to leave code. User manual does not explain how to do this and tech support over the phone said I need to setup an appointment with a tech. to come out.

As far as I know there is no way to reset the main code if you forget it or lose it. More than likely you will need to have the system replaced, or at least the main board for the system replaced. There are no "special codes" to break or change a code once it is stored without knowing the actual code that is stored currently in the system. Hope this helps!
