error code F-03 on Indesit WE125 washing machine - what does it mean?

Programmer gone!.. You dont wanna know the cost of a replacement fella!..
I suggest you invest in a decent quality machine ..like Bosch,Whirlpool,AEG, and never look at Indesit products again!.. since indesit was bought out the brand has taken a real nose dive .. as far as quality goes and they ARE the worst of the worst now!!
Avoid indesit at all cost!.. cos you will pay more in the long run.. for example an Indesit washer will last no longer that 3yrs "MAX".. and thats on a good run!..
We have been out to customers with machines that were only just out of warranty and the machines have been written off!.. APPALLING QUALITY!!
