Mend Zanussi F1045W Spin Noise Wet

My Zanussi f1045 w model is not spinning correctly?

Hello I have a Zanussi f1045 w washing machine which is less than two years old.
The trouble is with the spin function on the machine a noise seems to appear during the spin stage for a short time plus the clothes are still very wet when taken out of the machine.
Can you give advice

hi check the front filter housing and make sure the filter is clean and then try again
