mp3 player won't work?

my matsui mp3 player will turn on and just says matsui on it it won't go to the playlist or play the songs i've formated it but nothing i only got it at christmas

Same here - It won't access the songs which are there because they play through the PC. What a bag of poop

Same with me too.
I've tried re-newing the firmware and formatting using the Matsui utility, but it still won't work.
It turns on, displays Matsui for about 2 seconds, and then the screen goes blank.
No end of problems with this useless MP3 player. Never touching Matsui again.

same with mine but if i can get to the music it just freezes and starts a neverending beep. the only way to stop it is to take the battery out.
