problem with matsui 4gb mp3 player?

i have a matusi 4gb pendrive with mp3 player.... when i start that player...it show "BOOTING ERROR" and when i coonect it to system....every time it ask for formatte ....when ever i connect it to system it ask formmate it.....................

so how can i solve this problem? and how can i repair it?
