We have had this issue as well on our Bosch washer dryer WVTi2840. It still under warranty so had a man out to fix it.
All seems ok but the motor wasn't spinning on any cycle after about 1 minute. Then the error code e14 appeared.
The problem was the NTC sensor for the dryer temperature, part no 425059. It’s a small polished metal cylinder about 50 mm long. Located on the top LH of the machine once lid is removed, under a cross member.
There is also the other half to this sensor that has issues. A 5 minute fix. This is the same for Smeg machine as well apparently and they are meant to have all the code on there website, but I am unable to find them. Good Luck
