thanks rebecca have cleaned detergent pump and filter have got new pump so will check outlet hose

Having the same problem at the moment. Its a blocked detergent pump or outlet hose. I keep getting this re-occuring so trying to figure out what else could be causing message. Directions are in manual how to look at detergent pump and filter - you can download from website if you have lost them.
