electrolux epic 6500 sr.power on does not run what to do?

How can I fix my electrolux epic 6500 power head the light comes on but the rollers do not start rotating and power head does not turn on. Belt is good and vacuum head light comes on and can not find any loose connections.

A: There is no bag inside.
B: Defective bag safety switch.
C: Loose connection somewhere.
D: Motor has worn carbon brushes or an open winding.
E: Problem with air valve (if equipped)
